Our private 540 sq ft film studio is great for a variety of projects—photoshoots, video productions, animation sets, podcasts, etc. It has a 20 ft green screen cyc wall, teleprompter, and lighting/grip equipment upon request. Semi-sound proofed in a very quiet environment.

You’ll have access to the waiting area, fridge and kitchen space, and conference rooms with Chromecast and Apple TV capability—perfect for auditions, green rooms, meetings, workshops, classes, etc. Desk space with monitors available for individuals or small groups (2-8 people). FREE wi-fi and craft coffee via Chemex.

We are a small creative tech company and we love having people company! Conveniently located off the 5 freeway in Valencia, CA, in a quiet business park with free parking and good eats nearby.
