Very peaceful setting. Huge Master bedroom (13 x 13)with french doors open out to a huge deck with a great view overlooking the mountains and valley below up on a coldasack hill with plenty of truck parking. One of the bedrooms has been turned into an office ( 10 x 13)that also opens out to the same deck as the master bedroom. The other bedroom measures 10 x 10.Another bedroom is like a den where there is a futon, couch, and a tv in the room. It measures (11 x 14.) The stairway opens up to a nice hallway.
The large living room has an open fireplace on both sides and leads into the family room that is equipped with a big screen tv which is perfect for romantic scenes. Kitchen is generous in size and has a view of the patio.
Lots of windows located throughout the roomy house. Outdoor patio has a firepit, spa, and pond along with patio furniture. This well maintained modern house is perfect for filming.
